Differenciate between bastar and java

Diferrence b/w bastar and java

The management of bastar was controlled by British where as the management of java was in hands of dutch.In simple words the difference is in case of India it was the British and in java it was dutch,the common people of bastar was not free to use forests where as in java  people were allowed to use forests with some rules . For example the dutch enacted many laws in java they said that the wood from forests could only be used for specific purposes and only from specific forests under close supervision.
