Democratic govt- 1) there is no freedom to elect their leaders
2) people can't form organization or organise protest against the ruler
3) no freedom of speech and expression
4) don't have any right to say in govt. policies
Democratic govt- 1) rulers are elected by the people
2) people can express their views
3) people can protest against the ruler
4) people enjoy all the fundamental rights

Democratic is defined as government by the people Non-democracy refers to a from of government which is opposed democracy... Though democracy is the preferred from of political is there are countries that follow other from of government and all of them together are referred to as Non-democries.
