hey mate

growth and development have very less difference

growth occurs in physical state and physical factors are responsible for it

as we can say growth in plant, it tell us about growth in size shape of the plant and physical factors like sunlight weather water etc are responsible for it

while on the other hand , development means internal or mental growth , it can also be used for physical growth

That is development can be used as place of growth but growth cant be used at the place of development, as for example we say that development of economy of people , we cant say growth of economy of people

growth can be used to represent negative increase as well as positive increase but development is always used for positive increase

for eg ,. growth in death rate, we cant say development in death rate

hope this helps

mark it brainliest

thanks
