Mass is the amount of matter in an object but weight is the the force acting upon the body due to gravity.....

Explanation:

simply mass is the amount of material,

but mass experience under gravity that is weight.

for example, mass of particle is 2 then weight of that particle is20.

that means, weight= mass × g

( g= acceleration due to gravity, it's value is 10 or 9.8 meter per second square.)
