binary fission is a process in which a single parent dissociative itself into two daughter cells the example of binary fission in amoeba.
and in multiple fusion the cell made small cells in itself cytoplasm and release by breaking its plasma membrane the example of multiple fission in plasmodium.

amoeba whereas in multiple fission a single parent cell divides to form many new daughter cells at the same time (eg. plasmodium). binary fission is the spliting or division of a cell into two daughter cells, But multiple fission is the division or spliting of a parent cell into two or more daughter cells.
