DECAY

Decay is the complete breakdown of organic matter by bacteria without giving out a foul smell.

PUTREFACTION 


Putrefaction is the incomplete breakdown of organic matter,emitting a foul smell.
STERLIZATION 


Sterilization is the technique of killing all bacteria completely by heating to high temperature.

PASEURIZATION 


Pasteurization is the technique of partial sterilization applied usually to milk.
the milk is heated to a temperature of about 60°C for 30 minutes and then quickly chilled. this may kill the disease causing bacteria
