a)rough endoplasmic reticulum has ribosomes where as smooth endoplasmic reticumum does not have ribosomes b)merstimatic tissue are have capacity to divide into cells where as permanent tissue is a division meristamatic tissue

Rough endoplasmic reticulum -

1.IT CONTAINS FLATTENED CELLS CALLED CRISTAE

2.ATTACHED TO OUTER SURFACE MEMBRANE

3.SYNTHESIZE PROTEINS

Smoot ER-

1.MAINLY FORMED TO VESSICLES AND TUBULES

2.DOES NOT CONTAIN RIBOSOMES.

3.SYNTHESIZE LIPIDS AND STEROIDS

________________________

Meristimayic tissues-

1.ITS COMPONENT CELLS ARE SMALL,SPHERICAL OR POLYGONAL AND UN-DIFFERENTIATED.

2.CYTOPLASM IS DENSE

3.INTERCELLULAR SPACE IS ABSENT

4.CELL WALL IS THIN

5.NUCLEUS OF EACH CELL IS LARGE AND PROMINENT

6. ITS CELL GROW AND DIVIDE REPEATEDLY.

Permanent tissue

1.ITS COMPONENT CELLS ARE LARGE,DIFFERENTIATED WITH DIFFERENT SHAPES

2.LARGE CENTRAL VACUOLE OCCURS IN LIVING PERMANENT CELLS.

3.INTERCELLULAR SPACES ARE OFTEN PRESENT

4.CELL WALL CAN BE THICK OR THIN

5.NUCLEUS OF EACH CELL IS LESS CONSPICIOUS

6.CELL DO NOT DIVIDE
