The difference are:-.
1.The flower has several free ovaries in apocarpous. There is a single ovary in syncarpous.
2. Apocarpous ovary is always unilocular. Ayncarpous ovary can be unilocular or multilocular.
3. On maturity apocarpous ovary forms fruitlet of aggregate type. On maturity syncarpous ovary forms a simple fruit.

apocarpous-1the flowers with apocarpous ovary have more than one carpel .these carpels are free.2.it is found in lotus . roses.etc.
Syncarpous-1.the flowers with syncarpous over have more than one carpel.these carpels are fused.2. it is found in the flower of tomato 'and mustard.
