The Arctic Ocean is the northern equivalent of the Antarcticcontinent, and is surrounded by North America, Europe and Asia, so it is an ocean surrounded by three continents. There is no such thing as the “Antarctic” ocean. The difference is that one (Arctic Ocean) exists and one (Antarctic Ocean) does not.
