Mineral based industries use mineral ores as raw materials whereas agro based industries use plant and animal product as raw materials .Mineral based industries have a large investment whereas there is no large investment in agro based industries.

agro based industry uses raw materials obtained from plants and animals like eg cotton industry, silk industry, lac industry, etc while mineral based industry uses minerals as raw material like iron and steel industry,coal industry ,etc plz mark as brainliest
