The structural difference between the auricles and ventricles are as follows:

Each half of the heart is divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber; the upper chambers are called auricles and the lower chambers are called ventricles. Auricles have thin walls and act as receiving rooms for the blood while the ventricles below act as pumps, moving the blood away from the heart.   The ventricles of the heart have the thick muscular walls as compared to the auricle.
