different between bad friends and good friends?

Good friends are those who helps you in each and every step.... Who cares for you... Who motivates you when you fell down.... Who inspire you, Who is ready to tell your negative things who tell you how to improve your mistakes, who stands with you in your happy and sad moments.... Who trust you and understand you completely.

Bad friends are those who only stands with you in your happy moments.... Who believe on others more than you. Who doesn't understand you completely . Who only finds your negative things..

And of course friends are good, sometimes they are bad... (It's maybe due to situations)

It's hard to find good and truthful friend.....

friends are those who help in ever situation and all friend are good their are no bad friend but we think that if our friend is telling that" you should have to study more and this is not good you have to try more" so we think that he is bad friend but he/she is good friend because he/she is telling about our weakness to improve that but if some friend is telling that "wow you are so good in study and you are all rounder in ever think "and we think that he or she is very good friend but they are not because they want that we should not try more and more and they have chance to gain the good mark.
