Different between commercial farming and subsistance farming

Hi friend, Your answer : ) Commercial farming is mainly practised in developed countries whereas subsistence farming in less developed or developing countries. ii) Commercial farming is cultivated for profits whereas subsistence farming is for the consumption of the farmer and his/her family.

In subsistence agriculture, small-scale farming is primarily grown for consumption by the farmer and their family. Sometimes if there is a surplus of food it might be sold, but that is not common. In commercial agriculture, the primary objective is to make a profit.
