Different between district Court and session court

Well both are same. The onlydifference is, when a district courtexercises it's jurisdiction on criminal matters under crpc, it's called assessions court. ... Sessions courtcomes within District court only.District court is a wider term which includes both civil and sessionsjurisdiction of a court.
