Floods are naturally caused when the weather produces too much precipitation such as rain fall or snow
Floods are the over flow of the water that can destroy many things in its path.
Droughts are usually caused when the weather doesn't produce or produce a little amount of precipitation such as rain fall.
Lack of rainfall (or precipitation).the droughts occurs when their is lack of precipitation (rainfall or snow).
