Difference between Grana and Stroma are:-

Grana:

* Grana is known as Light Phase

* Light is used

* Water splits, Oxygen is released and Hydrogen reaches stroma

* Light energy is converted to chemical energy and is stored in ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate)

Stroma:

* Stroma is Known as Dark Phase

* Light is not used

* Energy in ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is used to combine Hydrogen and Carbon Dioxide to produce Glucose

Hope it Helps u!!!!!!!
