different between heat and temperature


cric19: main difference between heatand temperature is heat is the overall energy of the molecular motion, whereas temperature is the average energy of the molecular motion.

Heat is a form of energy which flows from a hot body to a cold body when they are kept contact.


Whereas, temperature is the quantity of degree of hotness and coldness of a body. When a body is heated its temperature rises and when it is cooled it's temperature falls.
