Difference between implicit favourite model and political model is that in the implicit favourite model, leaders sub consciously identifies an alternative to the problem at hand where as in political model due to time constraints, prior obligations, lack of resources, and information processing administrators seek to find the first suitable solution. Since the chosen solution may not be the best solution so the implicit favourite model is better.
