The word 'virtue' has two meanings: 'moral goodness' or 'excellence'. In the first sense intellectual virtue is moral virtue; in the latter intellectual virtue merely means that one thinks really well.

intellectual means highly educated person whose interests are studying and other activities like careful thinking etc.
