Following are the points which shows the difference between plant cell and animal cells :

1. Animals cells are generally small in size while the Plant cells are larger than animal cells.
2. Cell wall is absent in animal cells but cell wall is present in plant cells made up of cellulose.
3. Animal cells have centrosomes and centrioles whereas plant cells lacks centrosomes and centrioles.
