1.in parokaryotic cells cell wall is present and composed of peptidoglycan.
in eukaryotic cell, cell wall is absent in animals while present in plants composed of cellulose.

2.in prokaryotic cells, cytoplasmic organelles r absent while present in eukaryotes.

3.in prokaryotics true nucleus is not present and there is no chromosome while in eukaryotes ,RNA to form chromosome within true nucleus.

4.in prokaryotic cells., circular DNA is present while in Eukaryotes linear DNA is present.

Prokaryotic Cell :-

Cell size is generally small.

Nuclear region called nucleoid and not surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

Only a single chromosome is present.

Nucleolous is absent.

Membrane bound cell organelles are absent.

Cell division is by fission or budding.

Eukaryotic Cell :-

Cell is generally large.

Nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

More than one chromosome are present.

Nucleolous is present.

Cell organelles is bounded by membrane and are present.

Cell division is by meiotic.
