Cytoplasm is fluid part of protoplasm whereas protoplasm is collection of cell membrane,cytoplasm and nucleus.
Cytoplasm does not include nucleus whereas protoplasm includes the nucleus.

protoplasm is sum total of fluid+organells+specially NUCLEUS present in a cell...where as cytoplasm refers to protoplasm - nucleus..
