This begins from the production where all process that will lead to the attainment of a certain level of quality are adhered to to the letter. The distribution of the product is also done within specific guidelines so that it reaches the consumer in the intended state.

- safety assurance on the other hand means that all measures that are put together to ensure that the organisation runs safely,the processes are safe are implemented.
