they are easy to climb. their mountain building process continues till today.
when a large landmass subsides the bydefaultly the other land mass gets uplifted.
this leads to formation of block mountains.
they are difficult to climb as they are steep mountains.
the uplifted part is called horst and the subsided part is called grabens.
