DISGUISED UNEMPLOYMENT

It is a type of employment under which people appear to be employed but actually they are not employed.

It is mainly found in rural areas .

E.g Sometime in agricultural families eight people are working in the farm whereas only five people are needed to do that work . Thus three surplus and they are not needed on the farm.

These 3 extra people are removed from the farm the production from the farm will not decrease .
