Seasonal unemployment is the unemployment which can be seen and is visible. It is basically when an individual works for a sector which hires and fires workers seasonly like agriculture. Due to this some people remain unemployed for a part of the year
Disguised unemployment is hidden and invisible in this people are employed to do work which is below their capacity and if they are removed the productivity in the same amount of time remains the same
