Different between sesional unemploymens and disguised unemploymens.

the diff is:

in seasonal employment ppl are employed for a specific season and in disguised employment they are actually unemployed but it's hidden or its also called hidden unemployment.

Disguised unemployment :-

1. The people who are actually appear to be employed but are not fully employed .
2. In such cases , even if peoples are removed in agricultural activities or work of production  dose not suffers .
3. This happens among family members are unavailable in agricultural activity in rular india .

Seasonal unemployment :-

1. peoples are dependent upon agriculture usually face such kind of problems .
2. There are more busy seasons for example: sowing , harvesting. Certian periods they do not provide much work .
3. It happens when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year .
