Different between shifting cultivation and nomadic cultivation

Shifting cultivation is fixed to a limited area and they come back to the same area after a fixed time(after fertility of soil is renewed) whereas nomadic herding includes group of people along with animals who travel different places for cultivation.

Shifting cultivation- It is a form of agriculture in which an area of ground is cleared and cultivated for a few years.
Nomadic cultivation- It is a farming adapted by people who are not permanent residence of an area and keep on moving.
