and
dictatorship means one man rules the country

In single party government only one party can rule. There will be very less opportunity for the people to participate in the decision making process. Moreover people don't get any choices for selecting their representatives. China is a one party system. Dictatorship means one man rule. There is no chance for the people, but the one man ruling the country can make laws according to him. Adolf Hitler was the dictator of Germany during the 1900s.
