hard skills: hard skills are specific technical abilities that are based in fact some examples include speaking of foreign language typing speed or degree or certificate customer service experience operating missionary public speaking experience
soft skills :soft skills are subjective and may or may not be truth they are often associated with personal attributes and character some example including strong communication skill time management organisational skills good with children reliable responsible committed motivated team player.

Hard skill are specific,teachable abilities that can be defined and measured such as typing , writing, maths ,reading and the ability to use software programs, By contrast soft skill are less tangible and harder to quantify, such as etiquette , getting along with others, listening , and engaging in small talk.
