Different between spreadsheet and calculator

Spreadsheet has cells where you can put much information in each cell and view it all at the same time. Calculator you cannot

You can put text in a spreadsheet. Calculator you can only input numbers

You can put formulae into spreadsheet cells for it to calculate the answer. Calculator you cannot.

You can format the cells in a spreadsheet eg add colours, put currency signs etc in. calculator you cannot.
