Diastole is the part of the cardiac cycle when the heart refills with blood following systole (contraction). 

Diastolic means related to a diastole or happening during a diastole

systolic
Systole - The phase of the heartbeat when the heart muscle contracts and pumps blood from the chambers into the arteries.

Systolic means related to a systole or happening during a systole.
