Actual..Such resources which total quantity is not recognized.

2.Potenial ...At the current time, they are being used.

Actual..They are not actually being used.

3.Potenial ...In order to use these resources, accessible technology is used.

Actual..As technology grows it is possible to use it in the future.

4.Potenial ...Examples: Trees, mines

Actual..Example: Mineral oil can be used in major parts of India where sedimentary rocks are present, but it can not be used due to a lack of technology
