Ubiquitous are the biotic and abiotic components present throughout all over the earth surface or inside its surface. For example: Oxygen, Carbon dioxide, soil etc.

While, Localised resources are present at varied places in varied proportions. They aren't seen everywhere all around.

For example:Iron ores, special variety of flora and faunas, etc.
