Different colours of different stars is due to The Temperature of the stars.
Different colours appear due to change of the wave length. Temperature affects wave length. The elements present in the temperature may also affect It's Colour.
Stars are mostly in rainbow colours. But to the naked eye, they seem to be White.
Stars which are very hot appear in blue, Violet. Stars which are cool appear red.
