Democratic leadership :-
The leaders are elected by the people of the country .They are accountable for the steps taken by them.

Non democratic leadership :-
The leader is not elected by the people and they are not accountable to the people of the country.

1) In democracy teh rulers are accountable to the fulfil their needs.
2) In democratic governments people elect their rulers and have right in decision making.
3) The parliament is a seperate body and has no interference of army.
4) All the citizens have right to vote irrespective of race, caste , religion etcpeople are allowed to express their viewsE.g. India

Non-democratic

1) The rulers are not accountable to teh people and their needs.
2) In non democratic governments people do not elect their rulers and have right in decision making.
3) The parliament cannot pass a law about the army without the consent of the chief of army.
4) The citizens of the country have no right to vote.
5) There is no freedom of expreesion,so people are not allowed to express their views.E.g. saudi arabia, zimbabwe
