Answer 1:-
All the organisms are not equally developed or you can say that all do not have a complex body design. Therefor it is not important for all the organisms to produce sexually hence the asexual mode.
However the animals such as the vertebrates have a complex body design and for them sexual mode of reproduction is necessary but even in the vertebrates all the animals do not produce through the same method.
EXAMPLE:-
1.reprodution in human where the egg is fertilised inside the female body and from there the embryo develops and humans give birth to young ones in a living form
2.reproduction in birds where the egg fertilises inside the body however the female ovary is not so developed that it can hold an embryo therefor they give birth to the progeny in form of eggs which hatch outside the body
3.third are the frogs where the female lays the eggs in its unfertilised form and the male releases the sperm over it and it gets fertilised in the outside environment.

Answer 2:-

Sexual:
---------
1.) Two parents take part
2.) Variation occurs in offspring
3.) Fertilization takes place
4.) Gametes are involved
5.) Mixing of hereditary material

Asexual:
-----------
1.) Single parent
2.) Offspring are genetically identical to each other and to their parent
3.) No Internal fertilization or External fertilization
4.) No gametes
5.) No mixing of hereditary material

Amoeba (fission)
Spirogyra(fragmentation)
Planeria(regeneration)
2)sexual reproduction :- it needs fusion of 2gametes, variations occur, not exactly copy of there parents, parents exist after reproducing.

That's it and opposite of this will be difference in asexual reproduction
