i'm sure this is a question from INDIA"S HEROES in ICSE short stories......well it is true.....There are two examples given in the story itself.....how kabir acted when he had to say his assignment in front of all his classmates and the reactions or actually the hard work and sacrifice of many INDIANS during the mumbai attack....
welll you wouldn't get a  better answer than the actions of those people like sandeep unnikrishnana, chotu chaiwala, etc.....
too have more idea think of how our great Indian freedomfighters fought when a mighty army stood in front of them with metal guns ,aimed to their heart...but still they fought and hear we are in INDIA which has attained it's FREEDOM.
think of the reactins of people during any natural disaster........most selfish people hardly care about their families and are busy trying to save themselves but there are a few courageos and brave hearts who inspite of seeing death nearing to them, help others at therir best of abilities.....so there are many more incidents where people can be either selfish , scared ,or brave when faced with danger.........
Think of any event in your ownlife if u have faced such difficult situatuions..
