that is a true statement the different people have different development goals and these goals may be advantageous for wine but can be destructive for others for example let's consider the building of a dam building of a dam will be favoured by the persons who are going to make hydroelectricity through that and they can earn money from that so they will favour the construction of dam but when a dam is to be constructed then many people are forced to leave their lands does it will be a destructive development for them but it will be and advantages development for the persons who are going to earn money from that so we can see different people have different development goals the development goals for men may not be the development goals for others
