the different type of thermometer are
1) Celsius scale
2) fahrenheit scale
3) Kelvin scale
temperature is generally measured in degree Celsius or degree fahrenheit however SI unit of Temperature is Kelvin. the device used to measure temperature of an object is called thermometer...
1) Celsius scale. in Celsius scale the lower fixed point is 0 degrees celsius and the upper fixed point is 100 degrees Celsius and the length of the thermometer between the lower fixed point and the upper fixed point is divided into 100 equal parts.
2) fahrenheit scale . in fahrenheit scale the lower fixed point is 32 degree fahrenheit the upper fixed point is 212 degree fahrenheit and the length of the thermometer between the lower fixed point and the upper fixed point is divided into 180 equal parts..
3) Kelvin scale. in kelvin scale the lower fixed point is 273 Kelvin the upper fixed point is 373 Kelvin and the length of the thermometer between the lower fixed point and the upper fixed point is divided into 100 equal parts....

Hope it help u✌✌

Hey friend here is your answer.................

Different types of thermometers are-

1.Probe Thermometer-Probe thermometers are easily one of the most common types of thermometer. They deliver instant temperature readings of foods, liquids and semi-solid samples.

2.Digital thermometers- Digital thermometers are regarded as the fastest and most accurate type of thermometer.

3.Electronic ear thermometer. This thermometer measures the temperature inside of the ear.

4.Clinical Thermometer-These thermometers are used to measure the temperature of the human body, at home, clinics and hospitals.

5.Laboratory Thermometer-These thermometers are used to measure the temperature in school and other laboratories for scientific research. They are also used in the industry as they can measure temperatures higher than what clinical thermometers can record.

Hope this helps you
