✔Supreme Court :-

▪ it is the highest court of the country ( delhi in india )

▪ qualification to become a judge of Supreme Court :-

• a citizen of India
• a judge of the high court for a minimum period of 5 years
• is distinguished jurist in the opinion of the president of India.

▪ the judges of supreme court remain in office till 65 years.

▪ in the Supreme Court, the salary of chief justice is rs. 100000 and the salary of other judges is rs. 90000
