Let ,

y = (2x + 3)⁶

On differentiating with respect to 'x' on both sides , we get ,

:\implies \sf \dfrac{dy}{dx}=\dfrac{d}{dx}(2x+3)^6

  • \bf \dfrac{d}{dx}\big(x^n\big)=nx^{n-1}
  • \bf \dfrac{d}{dx}(u^n)=n*u^{n-1}\times \dfrac{d}{dx}(u)

where ,

  • u is a chain function

:\implies \sf \dfrac{dy}{dx}=6(2x+3)^5\times \dfrac{d}{dx}(2x+3)

:\implies \sf \dfrac{dy}{dx}=6(2x+3)^5\times (2)

:\implies \sf \blue{\dfrac{dy}{dx}=12(2x+3)^5}\ \; \bigstar
