solid:it has fixed shape .
all metals are good solids except mercury ;
in solids all moleclues are fixed in shape;
the intermolecular space is very less.
the moleclus continuosly vibrate in its shape;
examples of solid are iron(Fe),gold(Au) etc
liquids
