There are two types of forces namely contact and non-contact force.
Contact force acts when two objects are in touch or in contact physically.Non-contact acts when two objects are not in contact and are at a distance.
Types of contact forces: Frictional force, Muscular force, Tension and Normal force.
Types of non-contact forces: Electrostatic force, Magnetic force and Gravitational force.
