Differentiate between a 360 degree angle and 0 degree angle.

Zero degree angle would just be a single bold black line. Bold because it's actually two lines with zero degrees of difference in between them. Also, no arc is seen.

A 360 degree angle would have the same single bold black line, but this time you would also see a full circle drawn with that bold line sticking out at one side. This is actually the arc drawn in between those two lines which, in this case, is a circle since the angle is 360 degrees.
