Answer:

Citizen is one who may be a permanent resident of a state, owes allegiance to the state, and enjoys bound civil and political rights. the most points of distinction between a subject and alien are:

1)Citizen: A subject may be a permanent resident of a state, whereas an alien may be a temporary resident, who comes for a selected length of your time as a traveler or on diplomatic assignment.

2)Alien: Citizens fancy political rights and participate within the functioning of presidency, i.e., exercise their right to vote, right to contest elections and right to carry position. Aliens don't possess such rights within the state wherever they reside quickly. They but fancy bound civil rights, i.e., the rights to life, material possession and faith.
