Disintegration is fragmentation of rock and there is no chemical change during or after this process.

decomposition:

Decomposition is resulting in the destruction of some or all of the unstable minerals and thus chemical change occur and new minerals are formed.

(b)degradation:

degradation refers to the lowering of a fluvial surface, such as a stream bed or floodplain, through erosional processes. 

aggradation:

Aggradation  is the term used in geology for the increase in land elevation, typically in a river system, due to the deposition of sediment.
