  1. a party that secure at least 6percent of total votes in lol sabha election or assembly elections in four states and wins at least four seats in lok sabha is recognized as a national part
  2. 2. National party will have influence at least more than three states.

REGIONAL PARTY:-

  1. a part that secure at least 6 percent of thr total votes in an election to legislative assembly of a state and win at least two seats is recognized as regional party.
