physical change refers to change in an object's physical properties such as colour, shape, size etc. it is a temporary change so it is reversible. for example, melting of ice........
chemical change refers to change in an object's chemical properties such as substance etc. it is a permanent change hence cannot be repeated. eg burning of paper.....
