1. plant cells are usually larger than size but animal cells are comparatively smaller

2. plastids and present in plant cells. plant cells exposed to sunlight contain chloroplast. but in animal cell plastids are usually absent

3. in plant cells nucleus lies in this corner but in animal cells nucleus lie in the centre of the cell

4. in plant cells lysosomes and rarely present but in animal cells lysosomes are always present

5. a mature plant cell contain a large central vacuole, but an animal cell possesses many small vacuoles

6. plant cells cannot change their shape while an animal cell can often change its shape

7. cell wall is present in plant cell while it is absent in animal cell
